About this race
The Polar Bear Swim is a winter open-water swimming event held on the Winter Solstice at Ebotse Golf and Country Estate in Benoni. Swimmers can choose from four distances: 250m, 500m, 1,000m, or 1,500m, with no wetsuits permitted. Entry includes a finisher magnetic medal and warm veggie soup.
